Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the organization's services, digital platforms, or related content, a user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If a user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the services. The company may require acceptance of supplemental terms for particular products or projects; such supplemental terms are incorporated into the agreement by reference when presented and accepted.
Use of Services
Services are provided for lawful business or personal purposes only. Users agree not to engage in conduct that disrupts operations, compromises security, or violates applicable laws. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to reverse-engineer software or circumvent technical restrictions;
Deploying automated systems to impair service performance;
Using services to transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
The organization reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in response to misuse, security threats, or illegal activity.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the organization's materials, designs, documentation, and software are owned or licensed by the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for agreed purposes upon full payment of fees. Any use beyond the scope of that license requires prior written permission. Third-party components incorporated into deliverables may be subject to separate licensing terms which will be disclosed where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of the company in connection with any claim related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months, except where a different cap is mandated by applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a services agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the applicable contract. The organization may also suspend or terminate access to general services without prior notice when necessary to protect systems, comply with legal requirements, or prevent harm. Upon termination, obligations that by their nature should survive termination—such as payment obligations, confidentiality, and intellectual property clauses—will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
The organization may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Substantive changes will be communicated through the website or other reasonable means. Continued use of the services after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated terms. For significant alterations that materially affect usage rights or liabilities, the company will endeavor to provide advance notice to affected users when feasible.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by applicable law as specified in any written agreement between the parties. Absent a specific agreement, disputes will be handled pursuant to the governing rules applicable in the jurisdiction where the organization maintains its principal place of business. The parties may choose mediation or arbitration mechanisms as an alternative to litigation when mutually agreed.
